Picture this, you’re going to a party that your boujee friend is hosting. You know she’ll be extra and have a perfectly arranged charcuterie board, a champagne tower, and probably a candle burning in every room of the house. You don’t want to show up empty handed, but you don’t know what to get her because she’s high maintenance and is the type of person who has everything.
Welp, you’re in luck because I’m that boujee high maintenance bitch who knows exactly what your friend wants. Some of these picks are expensive, but I did try to mix in some gifts for everyone’s budget.
Let’s get into it.
(1) Le Labo Santal 26 concrete candle set. Le Labo is a top contender for the bougiest candle brand. The handcrafted concrete vessel, along with their woodsy Santal 26 signature scent, makes this candle the perfect hostess gift. The set is expensive, so I suggest dividing it up into three separate gifts.
(2) Mini cement candle. If the Le Labo candle set is out of your budget, this Hearth & Hand with Magnolia candle from Target is a great affordable dupe. Not only is it larger, but it only costs $6. I’m not sure what “salt” is supposed to smell like, but I can attest that the candle smells great. I personally own and love it. I can’t wait to repurpose the jar once it’s done burning.
(3) Sugarfina bubbly bears candy. Overpriced gourmet gummy bears in pretty packaging are another great hostess gift idea. Amazon sells these Sugarfina bears as well, but it’s slightly more expensive.
(4) Brightland olive oil. High quality, fancy pants olive oil that I have heard SUCH great things about. This would be a great hostess gift if you’re attending a dinner party.
(5) Gold cheese knife set. Perfect for that friend who loves a boujee charcuterie board.
(6) Jasmine oud and sandalwood soy candle. Influencer Arvin Olano raves about this Tom Ford candle dupe all the time. Amazon best seller under $20.
(7) Narguilé Diptyque candle. My absolute favorite Diptyque scent. This scent is not available in the 2.4oz size, but the travel size Diptyque candle is perfect for a hostess gift. Make sure to stock up when Nordstrom has their Diptyque travel size candle set during their Anniversary Sale.
(8) Three piece bar tool set. This bar set has a mosaic pattern with the most gorgeous iridescent opal shine. It’s currently 40% off at Nordstrom. Perfect for the hostess who appreciates a good drink. It will be the perfect addition to their bar cart.
(9) Dylan’s Candy Bar chocolate assortment. Perfect gift for the chocolate lover in your life.
(10) Three piece Sugarfina candy set. For the high maintenance sweet tooths in your life. Under $30 with free shipping on Nordstrom. A very similar Sugarfina box is available on Amazon, but it’s surprisingly more expensive. Nordstrom is the better deal.
(11) Sugarfina dark chocolate sea salt caramels. What could be better than dark chocolate with caramel and a touch of sea salt?! A crowd pleaser for sure. Available on Nordstrom with free shipping.
(12) Whispering Angel rosé. My favorite reasonably priced rosé hands down. I buy mine at my local Target usually. Under $25. Must be 21-years-old or older 😉
(13) Casamigos blanco tequlia. Yes, George Clooney truly is the total package. Looks, talent, money, and apparently a delicious tequila brand. This is one of my favorite tequilas, and I’m sure it would be a crowd favorite at any dinner party.
(14) Clase Azul Reposado tequila. The perfect sipping tequila for the bougiest bitch in your life. Gotta be honest, I’ve never tried this tequila before because it’s out of my budget, but I look forward to having it one day. I’ve heard great things, and the bottle design isn’t hard on the eyes either 😉
